Audition Information - Carmen - 3 performances June 7, 8, 9, 2019

Opera51 announces auditions for principals, covers and chorus for our June 2019 production of Carmen to be performed in French, fully staged and costumed with orchestra.  All principal, cover and chorus roles are open.  Local singers only as no housing or transportation expenses are provided.

Performance Dates: June 7, 8 and 9, 2019
Principal/Cover Audition Dates: October 27, 11am – 6pm & October 28, 2pm – 6pm
Principal/Cover Call Backs: November 3, 3pm - 5pm
Chorus Audition Date: November 3, 11am - 2pm
Audition Location: Newbury Court, 100 Newbury Court, Concord MA
Audition Fee: $20 cash or check payable to 51 Walden

The performance is a benefit fundraiser to support operation of the 51 Walden facility.  Proceeds contribute valuable funds to the maintenance and operation of 51 Walden, a community resource supporting hundreds of local residents each week throughout the year.

Principals will receive a small stipend.  Covers and chorus are volunteer.

Covers will sing the final dress rehearsal with an invited audience.

Videos will be made that you can excerpt for personal promotional use.
