General Information

Performances are June 9th at 8 PM, June 10th at 2 PM and 8 PM, and June 11th at 2 PM.

Pre-concert talks by Laura Stanfield Prichard are at 1:15 PM for afternoons and 7:15 PM for evenings.

The opera is performed staged and in costume with full orchestra, sung in Italian with projected English titles.

In order to give more of our singers a chance to perform, we have double cast most roles.  Cast I performs Friday and Saturday evenings, Cast II performs Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Accessibility and Health

51 Walden is a fully accessible building.  The hall has had UV scrubbers installed and air purifiers placed in the lobby, and the overhead fans will be running in our high-ceilinged space.

A Fundraiser for 51 Walden

All Opera51 performances are benefit fundraisers to support operation of the 51 Walden facility.  Proceeds contribute valuable funds to the maintenance and operation of 51 Walden, a community performing arts resource supporting hundreds of local residents each week throughout the year.
